Shipping and Returns
TOMA offers free standard shipping on orders $75 or more (excluding taxes) to all U.S. orders.
All orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays) via US Postal Service (USPS). Orders are processed in 1–3 business days typically arrive in 5–7 business. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking information.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact our TOMA Team immediately and we'll correct the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages that are marked delivered to the address on the online order, we require a minimum of 7 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with missing or items that arrived broken, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe. Broken items cannot be processed without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
At TOMA we want to ensure you have the best product to meet your skincare needs, our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will accept any full-sized product within 30 days of initial purchase and provided the product is at least half-full. Shipping charges are not part of the return process. TOMA kits and sets are only eligible for returns if all of the pieces of the kit or set are included in the return and more than half-full.

Our TOMA Team will assist you with any questions you have for exchanges or returns and process your request accordingly. Once the TOMA Team receives your request for a return, you will be sent a product return form and pre-paid label. To process the return, the completed return form must be included in your return with products securely packaged.
