shipping and returns

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Regular ground shipping to the U.S. is a flat rate of $7. Please allow 3-5 days to ship from our headquarters.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We only ship to the U.S. at this time.

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

You will receive an email notification when you're order has shipped.

HOW DO I CHANGE QUANTITIES OR EDIT ITEMS IN MY ORDER?

Contact Customer Service by email here, or call 410-972-8807. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We want you to love TOMA. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your purchase to us for an exchange or full refund. We'd love to know why you aren't happy with the product, so we'll ask you why so we can continue to improve the line.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product, which includes transit time for us to receive the shipment back. Return shipping charges are not included in the price of TOMA products.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately and we'll correct the issue.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Maryland.All other states are sales tax exempt.

 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
